The Kits include all the piping from the turbo to the throttle body. Only mandrel bent pipes are used. Kit also includes the clamps, hoses, brackets, and misc stuff needed. The "U" pipe coming out of the turbo will increase boost by 1.5 psi vs the constrictive Greddy. (pic1) Most of the pipes are aluminized and the top ones are polished. The custom made elbow (pic2) is fitted for a BOV and the stock idle control hose. The BOV connector will work with either the Bailey BOV see Roadster Performance or the DSM G1(pic3) which needs the recirculated kit. The hose & clamps are included. (pic4/5) You will have to remove the splash guard to get access. And you will have you'll have to modify the guard to clear the pipes, if you replace it. I'd recommend it. This kit includes all items needed to install the Starion IC with the Greddy. It includes pics & instructions to modify the Starion. It is ported for your BOV. $219 w/o IC & s/h

IC kit utilizing Saab IC
As an alternative to both the Starion & RX-7 IC, I am offering the Saab IC kit. It uses either the plastic/aluminum capped 900 series IC. To aid in the efficiency I use 2.5 pipes from the IC to the throttle body.

Manual Boost Controller
Spring & ball manual boost controller, that you adjust to the desired psi. The spring holds the ball, so that the wastegate doesn't open before the desired boost level. Same units are offered on the net for $42+ Instructions included. 5 minute install time. Sports Compact Car (SCC) tested this against 'electronic' Boost controllers and found this held a more constant boost level.

FAQs
Q: Do the kits include the Intercooler?
A: The Starion Kit includes all the piping, you supply the Starion IC and the BOV. The Starion ICs are readily available on Ebay & PartsTrader.com. The RX7 & Saab are available with or without IC.
Q: Do I need a BOV?
A: No it is not mandatory. But it does make a difference with spool-up between shifts. Check out my BOVs here. If you choose not to use a BOV for a while, let me know and I'll cap the barb. You will be able to easily add the BOV later.
Q: What does the kit include?
A: It include custom Throttle body elbow with idle & BOV barbs, custom mandrel bent 2" OD piping, hoses, clamps, BOV hose, brackets, and misc parts.
Q: How do I order?

Q: Should I get a boost controller?
A: Yes, it will make it easier to set you boost after you install the IC. The IC will reduce your boost by about 1~1.5 psi. The controller will allow you to gain that and add more boost, if you've made provisions for that. It is much easier that shimming your turbo.
